Jamie joined the patent profession in 2019, following the completion of his undergraduate master’s degree in Engineering at the University of Cambridge. He will shortly be commencing a postgraduate course in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London.
During his degree, Jamie studied a wide variety of engineering areas, including mechanical, aerospace, electrical and information engineering. His final-year project involved exploring the use of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) within the aerospace industry, more specifically investigating their suitability in the context of electrical wiring applications for the purpose of power and data transfer.
