Slingsby Partners is excited to partner with Career Ready

Slingsby Partners has partnered with Career Ready to provide mentoring opportunities to young people who may not otherwise have the business connections.

Career Ready is a national social mobility charity which works with a network of employers and educators to give young people an insight into the business world. Career Ready targets young people whose background means that they need a platform to reach their potential.

Slingsby Partners is supporting Career Ready by providing 1 to 1 monthly mentoring to a group of four young people, selected by Career Ready, who are studying at Westminster Kingsway College. With the college being down the road from our office, this gives us a great opportunity to give back to the local community. This proximity also allows us to invite the young people into the office to experience office life, and in particular the legal profession, first-hand.
